• SDK Documentation & Guides: Comprehensive guides for integrating stock broker APIs (AngelOne, Zerodha, Alice Blue) and payment SDKs
• WebSocket LTP Data Streaming: Real-time last traded price data through managed WebSocket connections
• API Integration Support: Professional assistance for SDK integration and issue resolution
• MongoDB Hosting: Managed MongoDB database services for fintech applications

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including SEBI regulations for trading activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Not use our services to engage in market manipulation or fraudulent trading activities

Broker API Usage

Our SDK guides and integration services help you connect with third-party broker APIs. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper API access credentials from the respective brokers
• Complying with the terms of service of each broker (AngelOne, Zerodha, Alice Blue, etc.)
• Ensuring your trading activities comply with all applicable regulations
• Securing your API keys and credentials

PaisaFintech is not affiliated with any stock broker and is not responsible for any actions taken by brokers or losses incurred through trading.

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• One-time services (API support, SDK integration) are billed upon completion
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our WebSocket and MongoDB hosting services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
• Third-party broker API outages or changes
• Network or infrastructure issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including documentation, code examples, guides, and design elements, is the property of PaisaFintech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use our documentation and code examples for personal and commercial projects, but you may not:

• Redistribute our paid content or services
• Claim our content as your own
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We specifically disclaim:

• Any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any warranty regarding trading outcomes or financial gains
• Any warranty that our documentation is complete or error-free
• Any warranty regarding third-party broker services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaisaFintech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or financial damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from broker API changes or outages
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
